This is the engine that sells Craftsman books. Yes, we are the ones responsible for all the exciting literature from Craftsman that fills your mailbox. Our job is to find out what you need, then try to convince other departments to produce it. Once the book or product is produced, we try to get you to buy it by sending you enticing direct mail advertisements, and getting bookstores, schools, and libraries to bring the product to you.
We also produce the Construction Resources Postcard Deck in which we take outside advertising (for a small fee) and we also rent the Craftsman Mailing List of book buyers. Don’t worry, we don’t intend on renting your e-mail address to anyone.
